Sakusaku is a service that provides end-to-end support for brands and businesses considering mass production of apparel through OEM, from specification definition and factory arrangement to mass production, inspection, and delivery. Focusing on mass production OEM starting from around 100 pieces per style, we propose a production system that balances price, quality, and delivery time while directly managing Chinese factories. We handle everything from organizing requests and specifications in Japanese to giving instructions to factories, negotiating, and managing the progress, so even those new to mass production can proceed with confidence. We reduce common stumbling blocks before mass production, such as "specifications are not yet finalized," "unit price doesn't match," and "concerns about mass production quality," supporting smooth product development. Furthermore, we make the breakdown of costs as transparent as possible, including sewing costs, material costs, processing costs such as printing and embroidery, inspection costs, and transportation costs, to ensure satisfactory OEM production.

This store, which opened in 2010, sells clothing and creates original apparel. The owner, originally a graphic designer, opened the store as a vintage clothing specialty shop. Currently, leveraging their design experience from their previous job and the fashion knowledge cultivated in the apparel industry, they also handle the design and production of original apparel. Taking into account fabric characteristics, various printing methods, ink properties, and domestic and international trends, they offer proposals tailored to the production needs from a clothing store's perspective.

SPeeD Co., Ltd. is an apparel manufacturer that performs OEM production of cut-and-sew products at its own factory in Vietnam. We handle everything from planning and sewing to inspection and export, primarily focusing on T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, and sportswear. Our factory is located in Tay Ninh Province, about an hour from Ho Chi Minh City, and has Japanese staff on-site to ensure quality control and detailed communication in Japanese. Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per style.
