Refunds & Cancellations

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled before payment.

After payment, cancellations are handled subject to the supplier's approval and the Company's judgment.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has not been shipped
  • The product clearly differs from the order
  • Non-performance by the supplier
  • Other cases the Company deems appropriate

Refund method

Refunds are made by bank transfer.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • After receipt has been confirmed
  • Buyer's own circumstances
  • Minor differences in specifications

Language

This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict between the English and Japanese versions, the Japanese version prevails.
