How Orders Work on Fuji Up
From selecting a manufacturing partner through quotations, ordering, payment, manufacturing, and delivery, Fuji Up serves as the point of contact for the transaction.
1. Find a Product
Search for a product using information about available products and manufacturing partners.
2. Discuss the Conditions
Use messages within Fuji Up to discuss specifications, quantity, price, delivery times, and other conditions with the manufacturing partner.
3. Review the Quotation
Based on the discussion, Fuji Up presents the final quotation and order terms.
4. Order and Payment
The Company accepts the order and manages the quotation details and payment.
Pay UP2 Inc. using a method shown on the order screen.
5. Manufacturing
After the order is confirmed, the Company commissions a partner manufacturer to carry out manufacturing, processing, inspection, and related work.
6. Shipping and Delivery
After manufacturing is complete, the product is shipped to the designated delivery address.
7. Check the Product
After the product arrives, check the quantity, specifications, appearance, damage, and other relevant details.
If there is a problem, contact Fuji Up within seven days after the product arrives.
The user and manufacturing partner will discuss returns, refunds, remanufacture, replacement, and other remedies within Fuji Up.
If they cannot reach an agreement, Fuji Up will review the order details, message history, photographs, inspection and delivery records, and other materials and determine the response.
8. Order Completion
The order is complete when inspection and acceptance are complete.
Payments to Manufacturing Partners
Payments to manufacturing partners are made under the Company's agreements with them as manufacturing fees, purchase prices, processing fees, service fees, or other applicable amounts.
