Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms govern the use of "Fuji Up" (the "Service") provided by UP2 Inc. (the "Company").
Article 2 (Service description)
The Service is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers and provides opportunities for transactions between them.
Article 3 (Sales fee and system usage fee)
For each transaction concluded through the Service, the supplier shall pay the Company a sales fee of 4% of the transaction amount and a system usage fee of JPY 200 per transaction.
The Company may deduct the sales fee and the system usage fee from the amount payable to the supplier.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Violating laws or regulations
- Registering false information
- Fraudulent activity
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Soliciting transactions outside the Service
- Unauthorized access
- Harassing other users
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
Article 5 (No direct transactions)
Users must not transact directly, outside the Service, with counterparties they came to know through the Service.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company does not guarantee the quality, delivery schedule, or legality of transactions between users.
Article 7 (Account suspension)
The Company may suspend an account without prior notice when a violation of these Terms is confirmed.
Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary.

This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict between the English and Japanese versions, the Japanese version prevails.
