Reference prices are shown on product pages, and applicable prices are shown in individual quotations and order confirmation screens.

The final amount is determined based on specifications, quantity, materials, processing details, delivery times, delivery terms, and other applicable conditions.

Consumption tax, delivery fees, bank transfer fees, and other charges shown in an individual quotation or order confirmation screen may apply.

Credit card payments are processed when the order is placed.

Bank transfers must be completed by the deadline shown in the quotation or order confirmation screen.

The contract is formed when the user agrees to the quotation, places the order and makes payment, and the Company notifies the user that the order has been confirmed.

The delivery timing is shown in the individual quotation, order confirmation screen, or order confirmation notice.

After an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible depending on the production status.

Products made to order and OEM products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons attributable to the user.

If there is a clear discrepancy from the order, a material defect, a shortage, or damage during delivery, please contact us within seven days after the product arrives.

The user and manufacturing partner will discuss the response. If they cannot reach an agreement, Fuji Up will review the order details, message history, photographs, and other materials and determine the response.
