Prohibited items
- Counterfeit branded goods and imitations
- Products that infringe a third party's intellectual property rights
- Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials
- Products for which required permits have not been obtained
- Products that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Other products the Company deems inappropriate
Prohibited conduct
- Registering false information
- Impersonating a third party
- Fraudulent payments or other fraud
- Infringing intellectual property rights or privacy
- Exchanging external contact information and conducting quotations, orders, or payments outside Fuji Up
- Directing a party learned about through Fuji Up to a transaction outside the Service
- Threats, defamation, discrimination, or harassment
- Unauthorized access or acquisition of data
- Interfering with operation of the Service
- Other conduct the Company deems inappropriate
Enforcement
If a violation is confirmed, the Company may make product information private, reject orders, restrict use of the Service, suspend accounts, or take other measures.
